Digital Citizenship

Our elementary Digital Citizenship curriculum (from Common Sense Media) is called Digital Passport. It helps students to think critically, behave safely, and participate responsibly in the digital world. The program also helps parents, teachers, and students address important topics and have meaningful conversations about making good choices in their digital lives. Through 5 modules students learn about communication, privacy, cyber bullying, online searches, and copyright credit. Each module includes instruction, a video, an online game, a mission activity, and a student sharing discussion. Students can then assess their understanding through interactive unit assessments. Parents are invited into the conversation with our Connecting Families program.
